BFA Founders Profiled by New York Law Journal for $420 Million Teva Settlement

On February 17, 2023, the New York Law Journal profiled BFA founders Joe Fonti and Javier Bleichmar in connection with the firm's landmark $420 million resolution in the securities class action concerning Teva Phamaceuticals.  Given the allegations and litigation landscape, the New York Law Journal noted that BFA "was viewed as the underdog, but exceeded the law community's expectations in the end" when achieving this historic result.
