BFA Wins Class Certification for Investors in Granite Construction Inc.

On January 21, 2021, U.S. District Judge Alsup granted BFA's motion to certify a class of Granite Construction Inc. ("Granite") investors who allege that Granite and its senior management fraudulently misrepresented the impact of several of the company's largest joint venture construction projects on Granite's business. Judge Alsup also granted BFA's motion to name the Police Retirement System of St. Louis as class representative and Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP as class counsel.
