Angela’s areas of practice include entertainment, corporate and real estate law. Angela represents production companies, independent producers, and distributors with respect to the acquisition, financing, production and distribution of film projects. Most recently, Angela served as production counsel for the independent feature film, “Then She Found Me”, and the feature length documentary “Disturbing the Universe: Radical Lawyer William Kunstler.”
Angela is a graduate of Purchase College and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Cardozo Online Journal of Conflict Resolution. Angela is admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey
