We represent both employers and employees in the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, stock option agreements, severance agreements, employment policies and employee handbooks. We provide practical advice on the hiring and termination of key employees, restrictive covenants, non-competes, protecting confidentiality and how to approach potential disputes within the workplace.

Virtual “In House” Counsel

We are also retained as virtual 'in house counsel' for a number of small to medium size enterprises and often support other much larger legal concerns with either their day to day legal affairs or other specialist contractual matters.
