Jack leads the Firm’s Data Analysis Team, drawing on 20 years in trading and operations roles at Wall Street banks, investment management firms, and claims administration firms.

Jack Ewashko joined BFA in 2020 as Director of Client Reporting and Data. Jack leads the Firm’s Data Analysis Team, drawing on 20 years of brokerage experience with numerous complex financial products in both back office and client-facing roles. In his position at BFA, Jack oversees BFA’s Global Investment Monitoring Program, analyzing clients’ loss exposure to financial fraud across the global marketplace. Jack provides the technical expertise and support necessary to manage the firm’s secure, proprietary databases, ensuring seamless calculation of client losses and the timely and effective reporting of those losses.

Prior to joining BFA, Jack held positions at two of the leading claim administrators in the country. While Assistant Director at GCG, he was instrumental in assisting plaintiffs’ counsel with the administration of a foreign exchange litigation settlement of $2.3 billion. He then became Senior Director at JND Legal Administration, where he handled over twenty-five active securities administrations.

Jack previously served as Vice President, FX and Futures Operations at a prominent global alternative investment management firm. In previous Wall Street roles, Jack supported the sales desks in the execution of futures and options flow, and liaised between portfolio managers, traders, prime brokers, and the technology and product control teams. He also worked closely with the compliance and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations regarding the marketing and sale of products and the execution and processing of trades.

As Jack progressed through trading, analytic, management, and consultancy roles at major banks and brokerage firms, he gained hands-on experience with vanilla and exotic securities products, including FX, commodities, mutual funds, derivatives, OTC, futures, options, credit, debt, and equities products. Jack has held Series 4, Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, and has been a member of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
