BFA Appointed Lead Counsel in Teva Pharmaceuticals
Judge Stefan Underhill of the United States District Court of the District of Connecticut appointed Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board ("Ontario Teachers") as Lead Plaintiff of Galmi v. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., approving their choice of Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP ("BFA") as Lead Counsel.
BFA most recently represented Ontario Teachers in In re Computer Sciences Corp. Securities Litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, achieving a $97.5 million settlement. At the time of the settlement, the settlement was the second-largest all cash recovery in the Eastern District of Virginia, and represented as much as 38% of recoverable damages at trial.
