Next Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (PT), BFA Partner Lesley Weaver will moderate an hour-long Zoom panel on the short and long term privacy implications of using surveillance measures to fight pandemics. Speakers include California Senator Scott Wiener, Melissa Bianchi of Hogan Lovells, Lee Tien of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Professor Ken Bamberger of Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. The Bar Association of San Francisco will host the panel via Zoom.
