BFA attorneys Joseph Fonti and Benjamin Burry recently authored an article titled A Tree Grows on the Lower East Side, which was published online in The New York Law Journal on November 1, 2023.
The article discuses BFA’s pro bono representation of The Children’s Magical Garden, a beloved community garden in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, and how BFA obtained for its client an injunction to stop a developer from destroying a mulberry tree on city-owned land.
