BFA Partners to Host PLI CLE Session on Excessive Director and Officer Compensation Under Delaware Law

BFA Partners Derrick Farrell and George Bauer will host a Practising Law Institute CLE session titled “Excessive Director and Officer Compensation Under Delaware Law” on June 12, 2025, at 1:00pm EST. This program presents an analysis of duty of loyalty and fiduciary duty cases as it applies to executive / director compensation cases under Delaware law. Specifically, the session will examine the current state of the law, the potential causes of action, theories of liability and damages, and take a deep dive into recent cases litigated in the Court of Chancery.
