Law360 Article Names BFA's Teva Settlement the Second Largest Securities Settlement of 2022

On December 21, 2022, Law360 published an article describing the largest securities settlements of 2022.  The article lists BFA's $420 million Teva settlement as the second largest securities settlement of 2022.  The article also notes that the settlement, which received final approval in June of 2022, was the second largest settlement in the history of the District of Connecticut.
