Lesley Weaver to Serve as Faculty in Duke Law School’s Upcoming Mass-Tort MDL Certificate Program

BFA Partner Lesley Weaver will serve as faculty at the upcoming Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke Law School’s Mass-Tort MDL Certificate Program on Monday, November 9-10, 2020. This intensive 2-day mass-tort MDL instructional program will be taught by 10 experienced MDL judges, and 30 lawyers with experience leading mass-tort and serving on MDL committees. The program provides an opportunity to gain practical know-how not available anywhere else, to network with key players in mass-tort MDLs, and to equip participants to compete for leadership positions. Lawyers who complete the program will receive a Mass-Tort MDL Certificate from the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law School.
