Associate

BFA is currently looking to hire associates to join the firm’s Securities Litigation team in New York. Candidate will be staffed on high-stakes litigation involving cutting edge legal issues against Fortune 500 companies represented by leading national defense firms. We are a sophisticated, nimble and team-focused practice where associates obtain hands-on experience at all levels. 
 
Outstanding legal research and writing and extensive experience working on large federal litigations required. Experience with securities litigations strongly preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills are necessary to succeed in firm’s collaborative environment.
 
Salary range is $190,000-$260,000 for associate base salary plus competitive benefits and bonus.
 
The position is remote/hybrid.
