Our Global Recovery Services Group works on behalf of BFA’s institutional clients to pursue investment-related legal recoveries in forums across the globe.

BFA attorneys have been at the forefront of this growing area of investor recovery for over a decade, providing comprehensive consulting and liaison services relating to opt-in shareholder litigation. We have historically strong relationships with large and dynamic public pension funds in the U.S. and across the globe.
