BFA is Counsel for Plaintiff Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System in this matter, which alleges that from February 9, 2022 through October 30, 2023, inclusive, defendants misrepresented the status of patent protections for FMC's key products and the amount of product in the company’s inventory channels. The complaint alleges violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
On May 9, 2024, the court appointed Ruth Asset Management AB as lead plaintiff. Oklahoma Fire is serving as an additional plaintiff. The parties are awaiting a decision on the motion to dismiss.
