BFA Promotes Associate Benjamin Burry to Partnership
BFA is thrilled to announce the elevation of Benjamin F. Burry to our partnership. Managing partner Joe Fonti commented “Ben’s promotion was earned through hard work, smart lawyering, and dedication to our clients; we are excited to have him join our partnership.”
Benjamin joined the firm in January of 2020 and was a member of the teams that successfully prosecuted class actions against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd., Granite Construction Incorporated, and Gatos Silver, Inc. He is currently a member of the teams litigating securities class action cases against Citigroup Inc., Elastos Foundation, Twist Bioscience Corp., and Bioventus Inc. Benjamin also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing New York City parks and community gardens in civil litigation as well as in corporate governance issues, land rights, local law and regulations, licensing and leases.
