Kelsey Jack is a Project Associate at BFA, where he is involved in various aspects of the Firm’s corporate governance and securities investigations and litigations.

He was a valued member of the litigation teams that successfully prosecuted the firm’s cases against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. ($420 million recovery); Granite Construction Inc. ($129 million recovery). He currently works with the teams litigating derivative and fiduciary duty actions against the Boards of Directors of BioVentrix, Inc, Globe Life, Inc. and Focus Financial, Inc.

He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and earned a Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Affairs. Kelsey graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College (CUNY) with a B.B.A. in Finance and Investments.

Prior to joining BFA, Kelsey developed extensive experience in Antitrust, Consumer Protection, and Securities Litigation practice areas working with well-established firms.
