BFA is Co-Lead Counsel for Court-appointed Lead Plaintiff the City Pension Fund for Firefighters and Police Officers in the City of Tampa in this class action lawsuit for violations of the federal securities laws against Badger Meter, Inc. (“Badger Meter” or the “Company”) and certain of the Company’s senior executives.  The Complaint asserts claims under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on behalf of investors in Badger Meter securities between April 18, 2024 and April 16, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

During the Class Period, Badger Meter misled investors with misstatements and omissions regarding the Company’s “strong” financial results, high product demand, robust order pacing, and expected continued sales and earnings growth.  In truth—as alleged—the Company’s financial results were driven by Badger Meter’s practice of pulling-forward customer orders, which concealed weakening demand and deteriorating near-term order trends.

BFA was appointed Co-Lead Counsel on August 13, 2026, and will file an Amended Complaint in accordance with a schedule to be set by the Court.
