BFA partner Erin Woods presented on the “Current Issues in Securities Litigation” panel during Louisiana Trustee Education Council meetings in Baton Rouge and New Orleans on November 12-13, 2025.
The panel discussion provided attendees with information and insights regarding the services securities litigation firms can provide above and beyond the services provided by custodians, the current landscape of securities litigation outside of the United States, as well as the risks of companies including arbitration clauses in their stock offering documents to circumvent securities class action cases.
