On August 21, 2026, Judge Kathleen Cardone in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas appointed BFA as Co-Lead Counsel in a securities class action against Helen of Troy Limited and certain of its senior executives, on behalf of Co-Lead Plaintiffs Metropolitan Transportation Authority Master Trust and Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority Pension Plan Trust. The action alleges that Defendants made materially false and misleading statements about Project Pegasus, a global restructuring program, creating the false impression that it was succeeding and generating savings for reinvestment, following a period of aggressive acquisition and poor integration by the Company. BFA is proud to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in this important matter and will be filing an amended complaint on a schedule to be determined by the Court.
