BFA Partner Nancy Kulesa Recognized by The National Law Journal for Key Role in Wells Fargo Derivative Litigation

We are pleased to share that BFA partner Nancy Kulesa was recognized by The National Law Journal for her key role in representing plaintiffs in a shareholder derivative suit claiming officers of Wells Fargo & Co. breached their fiduciary duties in overseeing the bank’s hiring and lending practices. Last week, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson in San Francisco signed off on a $110 million settlement in the case that will create a $100 million borrower assistance fund for low- and moderate-income borrowers residing in or purchasing homes in certain census tracts.
