Joseph Guglielmelli is a Project Associate at BFA, where he is involved in various aspects of the Firm’s corporate governance and securities investigations and litigations.

He was a member of the litigation teams that successfully prosecuted the firm’s US Securities Litigation cases against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. ($420 million), Talis Biomedical Corp. ($32.5 million) and TaskUs, Inc. ($17.5 million) as well as the firm’s Corporate Governance case against Tesla ($919 million). He currently works with the teams litigating derivative and fiduciary duty actions against the Boards of Directors of Boeing, BioVentrix, Inc, and Globe Life, Inc. He also performs special research projects for the Case Evaluation team.

He received a B.A. in English from Fordham University where he graduated summa cum laude and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he was an editor of the Fordham Law Review. 

Prior to joining BFA, Joe had extensive litigation experience in the areas of securities law and derivative class actions, as both plaintiff and defense counsel, at several prominent New York City law firms.
