BFA Appointed Lead Counsel in Ardent Health, Inc. Securities Litigation
On June 26, 2026, Chief Judge William L. Campbell, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee appointed BFA’s client as Lead Plaintiff and BFA as Lead Counsel in the securities class action against Ardent Health, Inc.
The action alleges that Ardent misrepresented its accounts receivable, including the process by which it determined the collectability of accounts receivable. This allegedly allowed Ardent to report larger amounts of accounts receivable and delay recognizing losses on uncollectable accounts.
